Court-Ordered Counseling Programs
A Non-Secular Approach to Improving Lives
Court-Ordered Counseling Programs:
Discreet & Confidential Programs for Police Departments & Police Families
addressing issues such as:
BHCTI is currently developing a web-based secure encrypted password-protected interface tool that will provide the courts, probation officers, and authorized personnel a credible reporting system for direct monitoring of the defendant's progress while in court-ordered drug and alcohol treatment, as a part of sentence enforcement. Securely accessible reporting provides the court and the criminal justice system expeditious management of caseloads which minimize compliance misinformation reporting by affiants.
This system's development is temporarily halted.
Persons ordered into therapy are appropriately managed and tracked to meet required court-ordered therapies and interventions.
BHCTI counselors give clients the opportunity to complete court-ordered therapy successfully. With experience in Alcohol & Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Court Ordered Family Counseling in Dissolution Cases, Child Neglect/Abuse, Parenting Intervention, Family Reunification, Adoptions counseling, Adolescent Issues, and more, BHCTI is a logical choice for court-ordered therapy and management of culturally diverse populations. Se Habla Espanol.
Defendants meet with counselors sensitive to the needs of their cultural and socioeconomic groups. Working together to build upon areas of strength, BHCTI counselors mediate the needs of the court, the needs of affiants, and their families. Crisis intervention techniques aimed at cognitive-behavioral change and compliance with sentence enforcement guidelines are core to our program's design. Defendants learn effective coping strategies that address dysfunctional communications, inappropriate anger, domestic violence, and other maladaptive interpersonal styles.
We focus on defendant issues relating to personal responsibility, insight development, stress management, social skills building, and conflict resolution., and successful re-entry into society after incarceration. Our goal is to improve compliance verification, caseload resolution, and reduced recidivism.
Homeopathic health approaches address underlying organic causation related to issues of irritability. These issues cannot be corrected with cognitive-behavioral talk therapies alone.
BHCTI's holistic approach to wellness and whole-person health is a tried and proven method of treatment which combines multiple disciplines to achieve a more complete patient/client outcome. Supported by contemporary research studies, the idea of "transference" essential to successful patient therapeutic outcomes, is central to cognitive-behavioral, homeopathic, naturopathic, and herbal interventions used successfully worldwide while avoiding the use of already problematic prescription drugs. Allopathic modalities of treatment are also recognized and encouraged in appropriate situations, while simultaneous natural means are sought to reduce dependence on prescription drugs and their well-documented negative side effects.
Studies show patient satisfaction and adoption of clinical techniques into their own personal lifestyles increased dramatically when the patient-therapist relationship was accepted and the patient felt sincere positive regard from the practitioner. BHCTI understands this critical relationship phenomenon.

So much bias plagues the addiction field. If you have never been FREE, you don't know what FREEDOM is. You deny its existence or even the possibility of achieving it. It's YOUR reality! It is not the reality of those who were enslaved and who are now FREE. Many groups like Alcoholics Anonymous tell addicts they can never be FREE. Really? Says Who? Apparently, they deny those who are FREE their reality because it does not fit into their paradigm.
Read THE TRUTH ABOUT ADDICTION by Dr. Stanton Peele. You will come away with an understanding that is rich with empowering knowledge and understand the difference between self-medicating behaviors and the idea of addiction.
"More people quit addictions than maintain them, and they do so on their own. That's not to say it happens overnight. People succeed when they recognize that the addiction interferes with something they value—and when they develop the confidence that they can change."
By Stanton Peele, published on May 01, 2004, cited in Psychology Today January 03, 2011.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
“It was so nice to find a doctor who was interested in the whole person. It is so unheard of. Dr. Barnes knows that each aspect of a person affects the other parts of the person and they are all integrated. Most doctors don't look at you in that way. You feel like cattle. They do not make you feel like a person anymore.
When you have a health problem, you want to know your doctor cares about you, the person. The dramatic change in my skin, energy level, and my emotional mental attitude reassure me I am on the right path. I no longer feel depressed because I have hope. The quality of my life and the joy I get from life is so much better. I am no longer bogged down by the weight of my illness.!”
- Linda A., Clearwater, Florida
"If you do not think marijuana ruins families, ask my kids how it hurt them, their mother, and me. I was emotionally unavailable to them all!"
-A former client who asked to remain anonymous
